Freight Policy

Continuing rising costs from all the couriers and suppliers generally have forced us to re-think our freight policy again

Accordingly, from December 8th 2010 , freight charges applied will be as follows:-

• Orders of $5000 ex tax or more in value - freight free
• Orders of $3000 - $4999 ex tax in value - $20.00 ex tax freight
• Orders of $600 - $2999 ex tax in value - $17.50 ex tax freight
• Orders of $350 - $599 ex tax in value - $15.00 ex tax freight
• Orders of up to $349 ex tax in value - $10.50 ex tax freight

We regret these rises, but please note that all charges are still below what it actually costs.

Also, just a reminder, payments made via AMEX or DINERS will continue to attract a 3% surcharge, but MASTERCARD, VISA and BANKCARD will still be processed without penalty.
