Freight Policy

Rising costs from all the couriers and suppliers generally have forced us to re-think our freight policy

Accordingly, from June 18th 2009 , freight charges applied will be as follows:-

• Orders of $8000 ex tax or more in value - freight free
• Orders of $4000 - $7999 ex tax in value - $20.00 ex tax freight
• Orders of $1000 - $3999 ex tax in value - $17.50 ex tax freight
• Orders of $200 - $999 ex tax in value - $13.50 ex tax freight
• Orders of up to $199 ex tax in value - $10.50 ex tax freight

We regret these rises, but please note that all charges are still below what it actually costs.

Also, just a reminder, payments made via AMEX or DINERS will continue to attract a 3% surcharge, but MASTERCARD, VISA and BANKCARD will still be processed without penalty.
